Red Beans & Rice Mix

INGREDIENTS: BEANS, RICE, SPICES

DIRECTIONS: 1 MIX, 1 HAM BONE, 1LB SAUSAGE (OPTIONAL)

Wash beans, place in dutch oven and cover with water. Add ham bone and seasoning pack. Cook over medium-low heat 3-4 hours, adding water if needed. Cook rice 30 minutes before serving. Combine sausage, beans, and rice.
