Pasta Fagoli Mix

INGREDIENTS: PASTA, PINTO BEANS, KIDNEY BEANS, NORTHERN BEANS, DRIED ONION, SPICES

DIRECTIONS: 1 MIX, 8 CUPS WATER

Rinse and strain beans by adding 6 cups of water to beans and boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand covered for 1 hour. Rinse and drain. Add 8 cups water and the seasoning package. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until beans are tender. Stir in pasta. Simmer 10 minutes until pasta is tender. Garnish with cheese if desired.
